HGV Driver

The Vacancy
We are currently recruiting for drivers to join our team on the following shift pattern - Monday to Friday (This role is predominately day work with occasional nights out when required)
Annual salary: Approximately £56,000 a year (based on a 50-55 hour working week with 2 additional weekend shifts every 3 weeks, plus driver allowances where applicable)
Hourly Rate: £12.85 basic rate (rising to £13.35 after 18 months and £13.85 after 36 months), £13.85 night rate (hours between 6pm and 6am)
Location Bonus: £75 per week

Some weekends/additional shifts may be required on occasion, and these will be paid at an enhanced rate.
Qualifications
- Full UK Driving licence
- Class 1 Licence
- Current CPC
- Driver Qualification Card
Skills/Knowledge
- Experience driving in and around London (Desirable)
- Previous flat-bed experience and load security (Desirable)
- A good level of understanding and comprehension of the English Language / Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
